Measurement Conversion Chart For Custom Cut to Fit Rugs
Inches will be converted to a decimal (applies for custom size orders). Please refer to this for your rug measurement accuracy on order.
1″ = .08 | 2″ = .17 | 3″ = .25 | 4″ = .33 | 5″ = .42 | 6″ = .5 | 7″ = .58 | 8″ = .67 | 9″ = .75 | 10 ” = .83 | 11″ = .92
Measurement Input Values: Rugs on order that are between inches will be rounded down to the nearest inch. ( i.e. 10 ft x 1- 1/4 in. will be rounded down to 10 ft. 1 in. )

Once the special order is placed you have 2 business days to cancel or change the order without a cancellation fee. A 15% fee from your purchase total on any special order cancellation or special order product change after 2 business days. (Items included are marked as special order on the individual product page under details/product description) Samples are available on all broadloom rugs and are recommended before any custom rug order.
Colors may vary slightly in person due to flash photography and differences in monitor settings. Each rug/carpet is manufactured with the same colors as pictured; however they can be manufactured from slightly different “dye lots”. Meaning when the yarn is dyed it can vary in shade ever so slightly.
Due to standard shipping size limitations some rugs will have to be folded to meet the shippers required dimensions. This may cause some minor creasing when you first receive your rug. Simply unfold and lay flat in your desired location and these creases will diminish in time. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team. In the event your product from Koeckritz Rugs, Inc. has a defect/damage let us know as soon as soon as possible. If your rug has any defect that brings you concern, we will accept Defect Claims up to 7 business days after delivery. After this time, we will not accept defect claims or reimbursement.
