1/2” Thick 100% Recycled Felt Jute Area Rug Pad is comprised of recycled fiber content compressed together. Dense enough to stand up to the heaviest traffic. 40 oz Felt Area Rug Pad helps extend the life of your area rugs and carpets. Soft enough to provide comfort underfoot and protection for your hardwood floors with its extra-soft backing. The blue color scrim coat is heat treated and helps grip the back of the rug.

Customize your size with this environmentally-friendly; Naturally hypo-allergenic, as well as, mold, mildew, and moth resistant. It can be used over radiant heat floors. Certified for the Carpet and Rug Institute’s Green Label for air quality. 100% Recycled Felt Rug Pads are a great choice for hardwood, laminate, or tile floors where you do not expect slippage, as these rug pads do not feature non-slip properties. 100% Recycled Felt Rug Pad is comprised of 40 ounces of 100% recycled fiber content compressed into over 1/2″ of an inch thick pad to create a pad dense enough to extend the life of your rug and floor, yet soft enough to provide provide comfort underfoot.

Industry standard for rug pad: 2″ away from all rug edges  4″ smaller than the actual rug measurement ( i.e. 5’x 4′ area rug = 4’8″x 3’8″ rug pad). Measure your area rug to insure accuracy. This pad can also be trimmed at home with utility scissors or a blade.
