Each Jubilee Pattern Luxury Area Rug is bound. This finishes the edge in a complementing color to the rug. Give your rugs and carpet longevity with a rug pad. Therefore rug pad is highly recommended. Samples are available before purchase. Get up to 5 complementary samples on different styles and color options.
