Keshan offers a full-scaled, modern-traditional Persian design that is embellished against a subtle stria background. Possessing a commercial grade surface pile of 80% wool and 20% nylon this high quality residential carpet can be installed in a number of different types of decorating schemes. Stocked in a 13’2” width, this 9-row Axminster cut-pile carpet is available in five modern base colors including Ebony Sky, Green Leaf, London Fog, Robin’s Egg and Royal Blue. Each color was carefully curated to create a handsome contrast against its updated Persian design. The uniqueness of Keshan’s enlarged design is its ability to provide smaller settings with the appearance as if they never end, while its color palette can provide a room with a warm and cozy feeling. When placing an area rug on hard surface flooring such as hardwood, ceramic, tiles, parquet, and resilient vinyl, or on soft surface flooring, such as carpeting, we recommend that you purchase a pad to put beneath your area rug. This will keep your area rug from sliding, which can cause premature wear and potential risk of injury. Our Durahold and Duo Lock non-slip area rug pads are constructed of recycled felt and natural rubber latex grip. These pads keep your area rug in its place, protect your floor, help your area rug last longer and make vacuuming easier. Pads can be cut to fit any area rug rectangle size or special shape – 4" shorter all around for proper fit. Using padding of a lower standard or insufficient density will cause your area rug to wear prematurely. In addition to proper padding it is important to rotate your area rug periodically. Over time, set traffic paths in your home and/or sunlight patterns can cause fading or uneven wear to an area rug that is not occasionally rotated. Vacuum regularly to keep dirt and debris free.
