Eligibility
The Trade Program is open to:
- Interior designers, decorators, architects, home stagers, set designers, builders, and licensed contractors.
- ASID members and other verified industry professionals.
- Proof of business or professional credentials is required (e.g., resale certificate, EIN, business license, portfolio, or ASID membership number).

Trade Discount
- Eligible trade members receive a 20% discount on all full-price products.
- Discount is applied automatically when logged into an approved trade account.
- Discounts are valid on standard and custom-size rugs, broadloom carpeting, stair treads, and select accessories. (excludes further custom labor costs)
- Discounts do not apply to shipping charges, installation, taxes, or final sale items unless otherwise stated.
- Trade pricing may not be combined with other promotions or coupon codes unless specified.
Samples
- Trade members may request up to 5 complimentary samples per order, with unlimited orders.
- Additional samples may be requested for large projects—please contact customer service for approval.
- Samples typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Order & Payment Terms
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved business checks.
- Net terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis for high-volume or repeat clients, subject to credit approval.
- All custom and special orders are final after a 2-business-day grace period.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse.
- Standard ground shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, or freight for oversized items.
- We offer local delivery and optional rug installation within the Chicagoland area.
- Trade accounts are responsible for verifying ship-to addresses and providing delivery instructions if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Most non-custom products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- Custom rugs and special orders are non-returnable and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if canceled after the 2-day window.
- Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Privacy & Client Protection
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse.
- Standard ground shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, or freight for oversized items.
- We offer local delivery and optional rug installation within the Chicagoland area.
- Trade accounts are responsible for verifying ship-to addresses and providing delivery instructions if needed.
Marketing & Collaboration Opportunities
- Trade partners may submit project photos for promotional opportunities, including website features and social media highlights.
- We reserve the right to edit or decline submissions at our discretion.
- By submitting photos, you grant Koeckritz Rugs, Inc. the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes.
Program Updates & Termination
- Koeckritz Rugs, Inc. reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Trade Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Accounts found to be misusing trade privileges may be suspended or removed.
