Absolutely! We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a custom rug or carpet order.
- One FREE sample per household.
- Many products offer free sample options directly on the product page.
- Use promo code [1 free sample] at checkout.
- Samples ship within 3–5 business days (some may arrive separately or be backordered).
We offer a 30-day return window for most items (excluding Final Sale and Special Orders). Products must be unused and undamaged.
For returns:
- Request a shipping label from us.
- Return label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Include your order number or packing slip.
- Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. For larger rugs, pickup may be arranged.
Special Orders:
- Not eligible for standard returns.
- Subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee after 2 business days of ordering.
- Custom rug sizes are rounded down to the nearest inch.
- A 2" sizing tolerance is standard from square.
- Pattern orientation matters for multiple rug orders (e.g., stair treads, runners). We may contact you to confirm the pattern direction.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to:
- Monitor display settings
- Lighting during product photography
- Different dye lots
Samples are available for most products to help you choose confidently.
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse via standard carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Rugs over 8 feet may be folded for shipping and may show temporary creases. Lay flat, allow time, or use gentle heat/steam to relax.
- Contact us for expedited shipping quotes.
- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, PayPal, cash, and personal checks.
- Orders are billed at the time of purchase.
- No account needed to order, though accounts offer perks like order history and tracking.
No sales tax outside of Illinois.
- A 90-day limited warranty covers excessive wear or staining.
- Report defects/damage within 7 business days of delivery.
- Rugs may be inspected by a certified third-party if needed.
