Extremely impressed with both the company and the product. I ordered two custom rugs to cover my front deck and I accidentally ordered two of one of the rugs. Of course it was a Sunday, but on Monday morning, customer service was extremely responsive, corrected the order, and reimbursed me immediately. The rugs arrived in 4 business days! The sizes were perfect. The gray has a bit of blue in it, which makes it prettier than I expected. The weight is also suitable because I expect to have to hose it occasionally to clean it; they aren’t too heavy to haul off the deck to clean. Will very likely order another one for my screened in porch.

Super Happy with my Koeckritz Indoor Outdoor carpet purchase… Just purchased a replacement for a Koeckritz carpet that I had for over 10 years… The carpet was permanently installed at the end of our dock which is a very harsh environment (sun, wind, rain, salt water, etc)… The replacement was needed because we had work done on the dock and not because the original carpet had failed… Given how well my original Koeckritz purchase held up, I made sure to purchase the same Koeckritz replacement carpet… If you need a carpet that lasts when permanently installed in a harsh exterior environment, I highly recommend Koeckritz…

Excellent quality. I use it out on my deck. It has been rained on numerous times already, and it dries out very quickly. Glad I got this color because small leaves, etc., from the trees above aren’t all that noticeable. One word of caution… Be absolutely sure you order the right size. At first I ordered one that was too small, and it cost me about %25 of the cost of the item to ship it back.

The carpet (a runner) is in our garage, leading to the door into our house. So, it gets a lot of traffic. Now, more than four months after we got it, it still looks very good. We have a doormat inside the garage door so we can get a lot of garden dirt off before walking on the runner.
