Custom Cut for Your Space
Antigua can be custom cut to your selected dimensions, making it an excellent option for spaces where standard rug sizes don't provide the right fit.
Material is available up to 13' wide, providing flexibility for large rooms, patios, runners, and other custom applications.
Care & Maintenance
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt and debris. For outdoor cleaning, rinse with water as needed and allow the rug to air dry completely before returning it to use.
Rug Pad Recommendation
For indoor installations, a rug pad can provide additional cushioning and stability. We especially recommend non-slip padding for runners and smaller rugs that are not anchored by furniture.
Special Order & Production
Antigua is a special-order product. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for custom production before shipping.
Shipping and transit time are additional. Due to carrier size limitations, some larger rugs may be folded for shipping. Temporary folds or creases should gradually relax after the rug is unpacked and laid flat.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items (excluding Final Sale and Special Orders). Products must be unused and undamaged.
For returns:
- Request a shipping label from us.
- Return label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Include your order number or packing slip.
- Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. For larger rugs, pickup may be arranged.
Special Orders:
- Not eligible for standard returns.
- Subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee after 2 business days of ordering.
- Custom rug sizes are rounded down to the nearest inch.
- A 2" sizing tolerance is standard from square.
- Pattern orientation matters for multiple rug orders (e.g., stair treads, runners). We may contact you to confirm the pattern direction.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to:

- Different dye lots
Samples are available for most products to help you choose confidently.
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse via standard carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Rugs over 8 feet may be folded for shipping and may show temporary creases. Lay flat, allow time, or use gentle heat/steam to relax.
