The durable polypropylene construction makes Dominica easy to maintain. Vacuum regularly for everyday care. For outdoor cleaning, rinse as needed and allow the rug to air dry completely.
Special Order & Production
Dominica is a luxury special-order rug. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Material is ordered and your rug is custom cut and professionally finished specifically for your order. Shipping and transit time are additional to the production timeframe.
Larger rugs may be folded for shipping. Temporary folds or creases can occur during transit and should gradually relax after the rug is unpacked and laid flat.
Please Note
Because each Dominica rug is custom made to order, slight variations in finished dimensions may occur. Colors can also appear different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
We highly recommend ordering a material sample before placing your custom rug order.

- Samples ship within 3–5 business days (some may arrive separately or be backordered).
We offer a 30-day return window for most items (excluding Final Sale and Special Orders). Products must be unused and undamaged.
For returns:
- Request a shipping label from us.
- Return label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Include your order number or packing slip.
- Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. For larger rugs, pickup may be arranged.
Special Orders:
- Not eligible for standard returns.
- Subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee after 2 business days of ordering.
- Custom rug sizes are rounded down to the nearest inch.
- A 2" sizing tolerance is standard from square.
- Pattern orientation matters for multiple rug orders (e.g., stair treads, runners). We may contact you to confirm the pattern direction.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to:
- Monitor display settings
- Lighting during product photography
- Different dye lots
Samples are available for most products to help you choose confidently.
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse via standard carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Rugs over 8 feet may be folded for shipping and may show temporary creases. Lay flat, allow time, or use gentle heat/steam to relax.

- Orders are billed at the time of purchase.
