Crafted from 100% stain-resistant nylon, this rug is engineered for real-life use. It features Lotus FX Fiber Shield stain protection, DuPont™ Teflon soil protection, and AlfaSan® antimicrobial treatment, helping resist stains, soil, and odor-causing bacteria over time. The 3/8″ thick, 40 oz cut pile provides a comfortable underfoot feel while maintaining excellent durability.
The rug is constructed with Milliken’s Endura-Loc® high-performance backing system, utilizing a lino-woven latex secondary backing for added stability and long-lasting performance. All edges are finished with a matching soft fabric tape binding, professionally sewn for a clean, polished look.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items (excluding Final Sale and Special Orders). Products must be unused and undamaged.
For returns:
- Request a shipping label from us.
- Return label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Include your order number or packing slip.
- Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. For larger rugs, pickup may be arranged.
Special Orders:
- Not eligible for standard returns.
- Subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee after 2 business days of ordering.
- Custom rug sizes are rounded down to the nearest inch.
- A 2" sizing tolerance is standard from square.
- Pattern orientation matters for multiple rug orders (e.g., stair treads, runners). We may contact you to confirm the pattern direction.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to:

- Different dye lots
Samples are available for most products to help you choose confidently.
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse via standard carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Rugs over 8 feet may be folded for shipping and may show temporary creases. Lay flat, allow time, or use gentle heat/steam to relax.
