Each Subtle Solitaire rug is custom cut on site and professionally finished with a matching soft fabric tape edge for a clean, tailored appearance.
For best visual results, custom rugs are recommended at 3′ × 3′ or larger.
Pattern direction is used at our discretion unless otherwise specified in your order notes.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items (excluding Final Sale and Special Orders). Products must be unused and undamaged.
For returns:
- Request a shipping label from us.
- Return label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Include your order number or packing slip.
- Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. For larger rugs, pickup may be arranged.
Special Orders:
- Not eligible for standard returns.
- Subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee after 2 business days of ordering.
- Custom rug sizes are rounded down to the nearest inch.
- A 2" sizing tolerance is standard from square.
- Pattern orientation matters for multiple rug orders (e.g., stair treads, runners). We may contact you to confirm the pattern direction.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to:

Samples are available for most products to help you choose confidently.
- Orders ship from our Chicagoland warehouse via standard carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Rugs over 8 feet may be folded for shipping and may show temporary creases. Lay flat, allow time, or use gentle heat/steam to relax.
